Reconnect with the rhythms of yogic tradition through a blend of physically challenging and deeply restorative practices, all held on a cosy, light-filled rooftop, open to the sea breeze and sky.
Our earlybird offer includes a delicious vegan sāttvic meal to nourish your body during the retreat, as well as 40 days of post-retreat support via WhatsApp and email, plus one scheduled phone or video call with the retreat leader of your choice — to help you carry the practice home with you.
